The Croatian currency is the kuna, 1 kuna (kn) = 100 Lipa (lp)
Notes are in denominations of 1000, 500, 200, 100, 50, 20 and 10 kn.
Coins in denominations of 5, 2 and 1 kuna and the rate of 50, 20, 10, 5, 2 and 1 lipa.
Foreign currencies can be exchanged at banks, exchange offices, post offices, travel agencies, hotels and campsites.
Exchange rates are published in a newspaper and in all places where the currency is exchanged.

Cheques can be cashed in banks.
In Viskovo operates 7 banks, post office and 2 exchange offices.
Most shops, restaurants and agencies accept all major credit cards (Eurocard / Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Visa). Outlets where the credit card is accepted have a label with the logo of the credit card you can use for payment.
