The \u2018Ivan Mateti\u0107 Ronjgov\u2019 cultural institution emerged from the \u2018Ivan Mateti\u0107 Ronjgov\u2019 cultural and educational association. It was established in 1994 by a decision of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County Assembly. With its seat in Ronjgi, Vi\u0161kovo, the institution is committed to preserving cultural heritage and authentic folklore and reviving the customs of the Halubje area. The \u2018Ivan Mateti\u0107 Ronjgov\u2019 house is a memorial museum. The memorial room is located where Ivan Mateti\u0107 Ronjgov was born and represents the nucleus of the memorial home exhibition, featuring all the important documents connected to Mateti\u0107\u2019s personal and professional life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Another important aspect of the institution\u2019s work is publishing, aimed at promoting and printing books and musical literature in the Chackavian dialect.
