{"id":16830,"date":"2021-12-01T06:53:00","date_gmt":"2021-12-01T06:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/demo.tz-viskovo.hr\/?p=16830"},"modified":"2021-12-06T11:16:40","modified_gmt":"2021-12-06T11:16:40","slug":"entering-croatia-entry-requirement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/demo.tz-viskovo.hr\/en\/news\/entering-croatia-entry-requirement\/","title":{"rendered":"Entering Croatia- entry requirement"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/demo.tz-viskovo.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Safe-stay_oznakaQR-kod.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16219\" width=\"302\" height=\"268\" srcset=\"https:\/\/demo.tz-viskovo.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Safe-stay_oznakaQR-kod.png 1128w, https:\/\/demo.tz-viskovo.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Safe-stay_oznakaQR-kod-300x266.png 300w, https:\/\/demo.tz-viskovo.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Safe-stay_oznakaQR-kod-768x681.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 302px) 100vw, 302px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Effective\u00a0from December 1st until December 15th 2021 entry to the Republic of Croatia will be allowed to all passengers who, regardless of their citizenship, come to the Republic of Croatia from the countries and\/or regions of the European Union, i.e. countries and\/or regions of the Schengen area and Schengen associated countries with following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Valid EU digital COVID Certificate;<\/strong> <\/li><li><strong>Or a negative PCR test result on COVID-19 not older than 72 hours or rapid antigen test (RAT) result on COVID-19 not older than 48 hours<\/strong>\u00a0(counting from the time the test was taken until the arrival at the border crossing point) ; <em>rapid antigen test (RAT) on COVID-19 must be listed on the\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kvarner.hr\/en\/docs\/kvarner2011HR\/documents\/2257\/1.0\/Original.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Joint List of Rapid Antigen Tests Mutually Recognized by the Member States of the European Union<\/a>, published by the European Commission;<\/em> <\/li><li><strong><strong>\u00a0Or a certificate that passenger have received two doses of vaccine used in the EU Member States\u00a0<\/strong>(Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Gamaleya, Sinopharm)<strong>\u00a0not older than 365 days, or vaccines approved by the World Health Organization for emergency use\u00a0<\/strong>(Serum Institute of India &#8211; Covishield, Bharat Biotech &#8211; Covaxin, Sinovac &#8211; CoronaVac)<strong>\u00a0not older than 365 days,\u00a0or a certificate that they have received one dose of the vaccine if the vaccine is administered in a single dose\u00a0<\/strong>(Janssen\/Johnson&amp;Johnson)<strong>\u00a0not older than 365 days, provided that 14 days have passed since they received the single dose;<\/strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Or a certificate showing that passenger have received the first dose<\/strong>\u00a0of the Pfizer, Moderna or Gamaleya vaccine, on the basis of which they can enter the Republic of Croatia in the period of 22 to 42 days from receiving the vaccine, or 22 to 84 days from receiving the first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine; <\/li><li> <strong>Or a certificate showing that passenger have recovered from COVID-19 and have received one dose of vaccine within eight months from contracting the disease,<\/strong>\u00a0provided that the vaccine was administered less than 12 months from their arrival at the border crossing point; <\/li><li><strong>Or a positive PCR test result or rapid antigen test (RAT) result, confirming that the passenger recovered from the COVID-19 infection,<\/strong>\u00a0which was performed in the previous 365 days and which is older than 11 days from the date of arrival at the border crossing point, or a medical certificate of recovery; <\/li><li><strong>Or perform PCR or rapid antigen testing (RAT) on COVID-19 immediately upon arrival in the Republic of Croatia (at their own expense),\u00a0<\/strong>with the obligation to stay in self-isolation until the negative test result is obtained. In case that passenger cannot get tested, a measure of self-isolation is mandatory for a period of ten (10) days.  <a href=\"http:\/\/ https:\/\/www.hzjz.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Procedures-for-travellers-crossing-the-borders-of-the-Republic-of-Croatia-%E2%80%93-health-monitoring-of-travellers.pdf \"> https:\/\/www.hzjz.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Procedures-for-travellers-crossing-the-borders-of-the-Republic-of-Croatia-%E2%80%93-health-monitoring-of-travellers.pdf <\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Traveling with children under twelve years of age<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p> Children under twelve (12) years of age travelling accompanied by a parent\/guardian are exempt from the obligation to present a negative test result and to self-isolate if the parents\/guardians have a valid EU Digital COVID Certificate or a negative PCR or rapid antigen test (RAT) result or if they have a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 or proof of having recovered from COVID-19.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Countries subjected to special epidemiological measures<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Third-countries subjected to special epidemiological measures:<\/strong><br><strong>Passengers from the countries covered by the Decision on the security measure of temporary ban on entry into the Republic of Croatia are obliged to:<\/strong><br><strong>1. if they arrive from the Republic of South Africa, Botswana, the Kingdom of Eswatini, Lesotho, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Hong Kong and Republic of Mozambique (regardless of their citizenship) or have stayed in those countries in the last 14 days are not allowed to enter the Republic of Croatia.<\/strong><br><strong>EXCEPTIONS<\/strong>&nbsp;are citizens of the Republic of Croatia, as well as their family members and third-country nationals who are long-term residents on the basis of Council Directive 2003\/109\/EC of 25 November 2003 concerning the status of third-country nationals who are long-term residents and persons who have the right to stay on the basis of other EU directives or national legislation in the Republic of Croatia or who have national long-term visas for the Republic of Croatia,&nbsp;<strong>and they are obligated to:<\/strong><br><em>&gt; mandatory self-isolation of 14 days from the date of entering to the Republic of Croatia and mandatory testing on COVID-19 on the last day of self-isolation;<br>&gt; it is recommended to perform test on COVID-19 immediately upon arrival to the Republic of Croatia;<br>&gt; self-isolation upon arrival and a negative PCR test result are mandatory, regardless of vaccination status and proof of recovery.<\/em><br><strong>2. if they come from Brazil,<\/strong>&nbsp;present a negative PCR test result not older than 72 hours or a negative rapid antigen test (RAT) result not older than 48 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All foreign citizens can check whether they qualify for an exemption from application of this&nbsp;requirements via an online form:&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/mup.gov.hr\/uzg-covid\/286210\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/mup.gov.hr\/uzg-covid\/286210<\/a>&nbsp;or via e-mail:&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kvarner.hr\/en\/uzg.covid@mup.hr\">uzg.covid@mup.hr<\/a>&nbsp;and their request will be resolved as soon as possible.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Enter
