Health care
The municipality has a health center Viškovo , private ambulance and two pharmacies, while the nearest General Hospital is in Rijeka.
Foreign visitors are not required to pay for medical services if their country of origin has signed an agreement with the Croatian health care services.
Persons from countries not party to such agreement for medical services will be charged directly according to the price list.
